Reviewing Strata Documents Properly

When Purchasing a property that is a part of a strata it is of the utmost importance we request and review the proper strata information. This includes being provided with very important details such as Form B, Strata Plan, recent minutes, Annual General Meetings, financials, and engineers' reports to name a few. The question becomes what should I be requesting and how should I review these forms to make sure I don't miss important details my clients should be aware of.  I have created a training document for our advisors in our shop on the main points for reviewing Strata Documents and what we should be looking for.
