Andrew Carros, the chief operating officer of Engel & Völkers Vancouver, has been involved in the real estate industry for almost 20 years. Being raised in the real estate industry alongside his father, Greg Carros, has allowed Andrew to acquire a vast and unique knowledge of the industry today. Together both Andrew and Greg created the Carros group. Presently, Andrew oversees three office locations within the Vancouver area, with approximately 100 real estate advisors.  

On a day-to-day basis, you can find Andrew in the Engel and Völkers Yaletown office, holding seminars, coaching, guiding, and counselling both newer and more experienced advisors. Andrew's success comes from effective communication skills and allowing him to put himself in the other individual’s shoes. Whether that's remembering what it was like to be starting as a new agent in the industry or providing insight from his days as an award-winning real estate advisor. Andrews' strong work ethic within his coaching and managing efforts has led his team of real estate advisors to win top 3 producing shops for over the past five years within the Engel & Völkers Americas Network. Engel & Völkers Vancouver also won the prestigious EV Cup in 2018, which is awarded to the top shop for culture and environment within the Engel & Völkers Network.
